Post a Quote Challenge ~ Day Two

Hey everyone! This is my quick second post for ‘Post a Quote Challenge’. My last post on San Francisco Pride 2015 took Quite an amount of time as it’s a photograph-based post. If you have not checked it out yet, please do so! SF is just so unique. You will enjoy the pictures and the short read-up

I was nominated by Smiling Notes author, Shamira. Shamira, this is really interesting! As I rack my brains for a quote that is very ‘me’, I actually thought why not give a line that I often use when I am teaching art to school kids?! I love art. You can see that here.

When we use paints or do something like Papier-mâché, more often than not, the kids get their hands dirty (and sometimes their clothes , too) and then they (especially the younger grades) start off..”My hands are so dirrrrtyyy, it’s so messssyyyy..omgeeeeee”.
I always tell them, “If your hands are not dirty by the end of art class, you have not had enough fun!”  And they laugh. 🙂

The rules of the challenge are as follows:
– Post 1 quote a day for 3 days (can be your own or any other source)
– Nominate 3 bloggers in every post & thank the person who nominated you

I would like to nominate the talented authors of the following blogs:
This Cake is Desi
thehourglassmommy
Daily Inspiration Blog

Thank you, Shamira, for nominating me for this! 🙂
